Decided:
-Call Governor Snyder's office to about the anti-community benefits agreement legislation; demonstrate Detroit Greenmap & adoption of LEED criteria are examples of local businesses willing to pledge for local employment preference & material sourcing

-Monthly open policy call postponed; compiling invites in preparation

-23 signed pledge for local hiring (among them: EcoWorks, Detroit Greenways Coalition, Focus Hope, Michigan League of Conservation Voters)
-Setup: Developed, launched, and reached current capacity within 1 year

-Detroit offers flexibility for rapid education/outreach experimentation and scaling compared to Illinois
-Educate property owners about lowered operational costs & PACE financing
